She is currently on a regular diet. The patient is seated for lateral view. Barium is administered in thin, nectar, honey, pudding, and solid barium preparations. There is prompt oral preparation and propulsion of each bolus. There is a timely pharyngeal swallow response. There is minimal residue in the vallecular space post swallow but the patient clears with secondary swallow. There is no occurrence of aspiration or penetration with any trial.
