Overall, she says she feels well. Today in the office you review her meds and find that she is taking the following: HCTZ 25mg once a day Losartan 100mg once a day Eliquis 5mg twice a day Levothyroxine 25mcg once a day Atorvastatin 20mg once a day Vitamin D3 1000IU once a day Fish Oil 1000mg twice a day Tylenol 500mg 1-2 tabs po q6hrs prn pain Her vital signs are as follows: Weight: 247 lbs, Height: 66″ BP: 142/88, Pulse: 88 bpm, RR: 18, O2 Sat 98% RA What ROS and PE would you perform on this patient and why?
