The brown vaginal discharge has persisted, however, and smells “really bad.” She describes it as mild spotting that occurs intermittently on a daily basis, and that she uses 1 panty-liner per day. She says it has been an issue for the past 2 years, but actually resolved for a few months in Spring of 2021 while she had a prescription for Premarin cream. She ran out the prescription, and never got it refilled. She has tried using different soaps, such as Dove, to clean her private area, but that it does not help. She has had the pessary in place for the past 4-5 years for a cystocele. She is not sexually active, and denies any symptoms such as fever, pelvic or back pain, abnormal skin lesions, vulvar itching, dysuria, increased urinary frequency, or urinary urgency. questions 1- three differential diagnosis 2- Diagnostics and labs 3- treatment plan
