Read the following post: Acetaminophen is used for pain relief and fever reduction. According to its warning label, there often can be side effects of nausea, vomiting, skin rash or itching, loss of appetite, liver damage, kidney damage and anemia. Other medications to avoid while taking OTC acetaminophen include those that have acetaminophen in them as well, consuming alcohol, certain seizure medications, Cholestyramine, Cancer Medications, Warfarin and others. Omeprazole is an OTC medication that is often used for digestive issues such as heartburn and esophagitis. Some side effects can include headache, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gas, constipation, dizziness, low magnesium levels, vitamin B12 deficiency, increased bone fracture risk, kidney problems, clostridium difficile diarrhea and skin reactions. Other medications that are not to be taken with Omeprazole are antifungals, HIV/AIDS medications, blood thinners, some antidepressants and certain seizure medications and can have negative reactions to these with increased blood levels and reduced efficacy. Cetirizine, or Zyrtec, is an antihistamine that is used to relieve allergy symptoms in adults and children. Some side effects can include drowsiness, sleepiness, fatigue, dry mouth, headache, dizziness, cough, stomach pain, mood changes, liver problems, difficult breathing or swelling, severe itching and others. Cetirizine should not be taken with alcohol, antidepressants, sedatives, tranquilizers, sleeping medications, pain medications, muscle relaxers, anesthetics or barbiturates due to an increase in drowsiness and other side effects.
