She endorses dizziness with movement and occasional spinning sensation that requires her to sit for a moment. She denies any head injury, falls, changes to medications or LOC changes. She denies any visual disturbances. She describes the episode as a sudden onset and only lasting a few minutes. No associated nausea or vomiting.
