make the following note better: Please be advised that I was able to speak to Jessica Collins daughter of Ms. Veronuca Wilking who was transferred to the ED on March 13, 2025. Ms. Collins is very dissatisfied with the amount of time it took the nursing staff to send Ms. Wilkins out to the hospital as Mr. Wilkis informed her she had been in oxygen distress for hours before she received any kind of assistance. Ms. Colins reports receiving a call at 1:00 am on March 13, 2025 form a staff member who she cant remember the name of stating that Ms. Wilkins was not feeling well. She said she could hear her mother yelling for help in the back ground. Ms. Wilkins repots that she requested a BIPAP machine and she was informed by Karen that we didn’t have one. It was until shift change that a male aid from the morning shift provided one. Ms. Wilkins reports that Karen was walking back and forth on the unit and ignored her cries for help. When Ms. Wilkins arrive to the hospital her oxyegn level was at 74 percent which is the lowerst it has even been according to Ms. Collins. At this time Ms. Wilkins has decided not to return to Methodist as she is afraid to return. Ms. Collins would like a call from the nursing staff with an explanation as to what happened and why it took so long for her to be tranferred to the ED after repedetly asking for help. She also stated she would like to make an officla report about this incident.
