She said she prefers her counseling in person and not someone just calling her on the phone who does not know her history. She said someone from conseert health therapy just called her on the phone and she was not even informed, and to mkake it worse it was just a phone call and not a video for the therapy. She was anxious, pressured speech, want things in a specific order as noted during the assessment. She said she has her out of facility therapist for years and she trust her more because she knows what she is doing. Se currently has orders for Hydroxyzine 25mg PRN every 8hrs for anxiety started 6/11/25 and stop date is 6/25/25.
