She was seen by previous OB-gyn and prescribed Provera 10 mg one tablet by mouth once a day for 10 days for heavy menses 2 months ago and per patient menstruation a little bit better, not heavy but still have pelvic pain , she took Advil, and the pain comes occasionally but not severe. Patient has previous ultrasound from 10/18/2023 which revealed heterogenous uterus posterior surface of uterus as ill-defined mass suspected either from endometrium or myometrium, nature is unknown, both ovaries were normal, at the time endometrium was 4-5mm.
