Contrast was injected with a power injector. 5. Supplemental oxygen. Oxygen, 3 L/min was administered throughout the procedure. 6. Selective left coronary angiography. A 6FX100 CATH DIAG MPB2 catheter was advanced into the left coronary vessel ostium under fluoroscopic guidance. Contrast was injected by hand. Images were obtained in multiple projections. 7. Selective right common iliac angiography under fluoroscopic guidance. A 6FX100 CATH DIAG MPB2 catheter was advanced into the right common iliac artery. Contrast was injected by hand. Images were obtained. 8. Selective left internal mammary angiography, under fluoroscopic guidance. A catheter was advanced into the left internal mammary artery. Contrast was injected by hand. Images were obtained. 9. Hemostasis. 6FR ANGIO-SEAL EVOLUTION STS was used at the access site. Study completion: All catheters and wires inserted during the procedure were removed. There were no procedural events. Administered medications: Conscious Sedation Fentanyl 50 mcg, Midazolam 2 mg. Contrast: Ultravist 300 122 ml (total dose). Coronary arteries: The coronary circulation is right dominant. The left circumflex gives rise to 1 obtuse marginal. PDA mid 50% stenosis. The right coronary gives rise to the posterior descending artery. LAD: Proximal vessel lesion. There is a 90% stenosis. Distal LAD smooth, 2-2.5 mm diam. 1st diagonal: Proximal vessel lesion.
