She said the plan for her to be discharged now on June 23rd. she said after discharge, she will have a visiting nurse, home health services, OT and Physical therapy. Current Meds Mirtapzapine 15mg at HS started on 5/23 for depression as eveidenced by poor appetite. Buspirone 10mg BID, Hydroxyzine 10mg PRN every 8hrs(stope date 6/25). Trazodone 300mg at HS and Escitalopram 20mg for depression. Plan is to increase Buspirone to 15mg BID.
