He presents today for laser photo resection destruction of these lesions. PROCEDURE: The patient was brought to the OR Suite, prepped, draped and given general anesthesia, a rigid bronchoscope is inserted and advanced through the larynx to the main bronchus. The areas were treated with YAG laser photo resection. The patient was awakened and returned to the recovery room in satisfactory condition.
