The patient was educated about his risk for obstructive sleep apnea as he is male, over 50 years old, is on a blood pressure medication, and his neck circumference was measured at 48cm. Height is 5’10” and weight is 283. Patient was educated about his risks and provider was up asked to speak with patient about testing.
