Vital Signs: BP 124/86 mmHg HR: 105 BPM RR: 34 bpm The nurse notes that the last glucose level of 160 mg/di was taken prior to bed and he received 2 units of insulin at that time. He has no glucose check or insulin noted for this morning. RBS was taken with the result of 470 mg/dI. Using the case provided, answer the following questions for your initial post.
