CASE SCENARIO Reflection of a Worker It was 3.30 pm and I was asked to spend some time with Amanda (patient/client) and her family to discuss her referral and discharge to a drug and alcohol rehab facility. Amanda had a lot of questions about the rehab process and the family wanted to know what to expect, from the service and how they would manage all the changes Amanda would need to make to ensure she has a successful recovery when she returned home.
