Please make proper NCP in table format, with proper explaination. This is the case scenario: An 87-year-old insulin-dependent diabetic male with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) was advised by his provider to go to the emergency department after he complained of increased weakness, but he refused to go. Instead the patient visited his primary care provider with a family member who reported that the patient had been frequently falling down at home due to weakness in his legs as well as experiencing problems with his vision. The patient stated that he often crawled around the house to get places. He was awaiting MRI results of his eyes, which were ordered by an ophthalmologist to evaluate his sudden vision changes. After ruling out the more common causes of falls in the elderly such as stroke, medication delirium, or severe UTI, a CT scan of his head was ordered. The results revealed moderate cerebral atrophy and a poorly defined ~1.5 cm lesion overlying the superior aspect of his left lateral ventricle in the region of the corona radiata, with surrounding hypodensity suggestive of mild vasogenic edema. Subsequent brain MRIs revealed further heterogeneous lesions. After a brain biopsy and review of all the images, he was diagnosed by a neurologist with glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). The patient and his neurologist opted to defer treatment, and the patient was admitted to a hospice unit. BP – 132/80, P – 88, RR – 16, SPO2 – 96%, afebrile
