She suffers a lot of pain, especially first thing in the morning and when she is walking. She is often aggressive and cries when undertaking simple tasks, such as going to the toilet. She skips meals as she feels nauseous and does not feel like eating. She has a very supportive family who are finding it quite challenging keeping her comfortable.
