And then we gather near station we talked about our experience to our clinical instructor. Clinical. 1000 Lunch Break 1100 Back to floor and make bed for client’s room 1200 It was lunch time and need to feed the client as I was not feeding the client my co assigned was feeding the client. I notice my co assigned was busy with her phone feeding her she was coughing as we should be attentive while feeding the client anyways, I was feeding to the other client she had her full lunch. 1245 Now we have to report to our clinical instructor we need to document everything we did on company tablet as my client lunch meal 75% to 100 fluid intake was 425ml. document all the observation in the documentation tablet. 1315 we headed towards to student conference room and there we discuss how was our experience everyone was telling about their experience and clinical instructor gave good information what dos and don’ts we need to take care. we discuss about assignments. 1400 End of the Shift…..PSw 2nd semester
