My patient 44 year old patient c/o cp and palpitations. He has a stressful job as a school principal in a rough neighborhood. After a recent occurrence at the school 3 weeks ago he started having the symptoms the next day. The chest pains with palpitations usually last a few minutes and resolves. He denies shortness of breath. No h/o of HTN, vitals are normal. Ekg and CXR.
