Medications: Digoxin, KCl, Vitamin C, Diltiazem, ASA, Vitamin E, Metoprolol, Warfarin, Ibuprofen, Lisinopril, Famotidine, Multivitamin, Imdur, Lantus 26u QHS, Ca++/Vit D, HCTZ and Humalog 8u with meals.
