This assignment is graded as pass/fail. The marking rubric is provided. Scenario Mark is working in home care and is to see 10 clients in an eight-hour day. He receives a list of clients (next page) with specific times to make home visits based on the needs of the clients. He has three clients to see before his first break at 10:00 a.m. Client Care List Mrs. Smithers (0900) Apply compression stockings in the a.m. Take a blood glucose reading using a glucometer and record it. The LPN will provide the dose of insulin to the client later. Mr. Beaver (total care) (0730) Complete a transfer of client with a ceiling lift in their bedroom to a commode. Give client a shower. Mrs. Ahmed (1000) Medication assistance scheduled for 10:00 a.m. for eye drops and medications (level 3).
