The left internal mammary artery was taken down with clips and cauterization. Saphenous vein grafts were harvested from the left leg by incision. The patient was placed on cardiopulmonary bypass and bypasses were performed to the obtuse marginal, the main circumflex, and the distal right with 7-0 Prolene distally and 6-0 Prolene proximally on the side of the aorta with the saphenous grafts.
