DX: Secondary Hypertension Fibromyalgia Plan: Order CBC, CMB, TSH and lipid panel Adding a calcium channel blocker—amlodipine 5 mg PO, #30 once a day to control blood pressure. Adding Gabapentin 100mg PO once daily, #30 – Fibromyalgia pain Have the patient monitor her blood pressure at home and log them, and bring them to the next appointment.
