Write the incident report below to sound professional. On this day, I was precepted by Jeff Rogers. We were in between cases and we needed to borrow the foot pedal for the cement mixer for our next case, which was being used in room 28. While the footpedal was being used, Jeff and I stayed in the core, waiting for the pedal to become available. Popping our head in the room from time to time to get an ETA. We waited in the pod by OR 28 less than 10 minutes. While waiting, reps were in and out of the room. When the footpedal was available Jeff went into OR 28 to disassemble the hose from the wall, I stayed at the door watching Jeff with the door propped open by my foot. I opened the door wider for Jeff to come out with the footpedal attachment. I saw the attending of the room (who I have know for several years). I briefly said hello how are you, vice versa. At this point, this is when Sydney had got annoyed with all the traffic in the room she was giving a break to. With me being an unfamiliar face to her, I felt like she took all her anger, annoyance. and frustration out on me by forcefully pushing the door closed with two hands on me as I waved to the surgeon, almost closing my hand in the door. Yelling at me, saying, “This door needs to stay closed!”
