Left ventricular dysfunction DESCRIPTION OF PROCEDURE AND FINDINGS: ACCESS: Right radial artery COMPLICATIONS: None The right radial artery was accessed and a 5 French sheath was placed. We then used a Jacky catheter to engage the left and right coronary arteries and also to cross the aortic valve and obtain LVEDP. LEFT MAIN CORONARY ARTERY: Left main coronary artery is a large caliber vessel. The ostial part is angulated and appears to have a pseudolesion ostially. LEFT ANTERIOR DESCENDING ARTERY: The left anterior descending artery is a large caliber vessel. The proximal and mid LAD tortuous were angiographically normal. Distal LAD is small caliber wraparound vessel. The major diagonal branches were angiographically normal. LEFT CIRCUMFLEX CORONARY ARTERY: The left circumflex coronary artery is nondominant. It has some luminal irregularities in the mid portion. RIGHT CORONARY ARTERY: The RCA is a dominant vessel. It is angiographically normal. LVEDP is elevated at about 28-30 mmHg. ASSESSMENT AND PLAN: 1. Angiographically normal coronaries 2. Elevated end diastolic pressure of 30 mmHg 3. Results discussed with the patient and family 4. Continue medical therapy
