She said she really wants to go back home. she said the plan is that she will discharge early next week. She said her daughter is making plans so she can discharge and stay with her for two weeks to regain her balance before going hom. She said she also has another daughter who lives in Gig harbor and visits her daily. She said she lives in Port Orchard and her first daughter lives in Tacoma and that is why she wants to be with her for two weeks until she stabilizes. She said sher belings to a good church committee where she has been a member for 32years and her church members have promised to support her after discharge. She said her anxiety most comes from the pain on her left leg but immedicate they give her pain medications, she is pain free and her anxiety goes away. She has orders for oxycodone 5mg PRN every 8hours. Current Meds: Vitamin D 1000 U NIT DAILY, and oxycodone 5mg PRN every 8 hours
