Task Summary: For this task you are required to participate in three role plays with your assessor and classmates. The first two role plays require you to respond to behaviours of concern. The third role play requires you to participate in a debriefing session. This assessment is made up of three role plays: Part A: For this part of the task, you must take part in a role play responding to behaviours of concern and complete and incident report. Part C: For this part of the task, you must participate in a debriefing session, explaining the incident. Role Play 1: Amy You are employed as a support worker at First Access. Amy, one of your clients has been very agitated today. You see her walk up to another resident, Mohammad and begin to yell at him, accusing him of taking her book. Mohammad looks shocked and confused. Amy continues to yell abuse at Mohammad and then picks up a TV remote control and throws it towards him, she misses him and the TV remote smashes on the ground.
