Need to update Energy Conservation Program with current WR Manager. There was not an effective Energy Conservation Program implemented and enforced. Did not provide a daily equipment and utility energy monitoring checklist. No OJT and continuous training program is in effect. No accurate completion of progress and follow up charts for any food service personnel. Food service personnel has not receive any training on HAZCOM and equipment operation and maintenance. No syrup (NIS) for pancakes. No bananas were available for breakfast. No egg whites (NIS) were provided for customers. Only provided two desserts (Boston Cream Pie & Chocolate Chip Muffins). No bananas available. Salad Bar menu did not offered and was not in compliance with menu standards for 10 fresh toppings for Salad Bar menu.
