Assignment: SWOT Analysis and Personalized Leadership Action Plan (Paper Option) Purpose: The purpose of this assignment is to analyze one’s leadership strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) and, by using this data, design a personalized action plan that advances one’s leadership options based on opportunities available. Signature Course Student Learning Outcome assessed with this assignment: Develop a personalized leadership plan that reflects nursing’s mission for health equity and inclusivity using evidence-based strategies. Since this is a personal reflection, you may write in the first person (I, me, my) versus the third person. 1. Write at least two leadership assessments to assist in identifying strengths and areas of opportunity. A Leadership Assessment list is available that includes assessments at no charge. You may use other leadership-type assessments you have completed within the last 12 months. Note that you will complete an ethical leadership assessment you will also incorporate (a total of three leadership assessments).
