There are scattered fibroglandular densities bilaterally. There is a benign-appearing curvilinear area of glandular tissue in the right lower inner breast. There are a few faint calcifications in the lower inner left breast and in the central left breast. Magnification views were performed of the left breast calcifications in two positions, and they have an appearance most consistent with benign process. There is no associated mass or distortion. Impression: Heterogeneously dense glandular tissue with focal glandular density in the medial aspect of the right breast and faint calcifications in the left breast. Probably benign. Recommendation: Comparison with prior films. If prior films are not available, recommend follow-up mammogram in 6 months.
