Original Question
Discussion board introduction response to a nursing student. “Hello, my name is Jane Paul I am 21 years old. At the nominal level I would have to say that I am a student, eldest daughter and a musician. These roles that I attach to myself have deeply shaped me to be the person I am today. At the ordinal level I have always been very intentional about my future and the paths that I take to achieve success in this life. I started working at 14 years old in a summer camp. My junior year of highschool I took the teas and applied for licensed practical nursing school.I got accepted and started my senior year of highschool. I continued after higschool and graduated at 18 years old. I studied for a few months and passed my NCLEX becoming a licensed practical nurse at 19 years old. I I got my first job in a nursing home/rehab during a orientation at school and I worked there about a year, I further went on to a clinic where I gained more experience and now I am currently working in a assisted living. At the interval level I went back to nursing school to pursue my RN which has also been a accomplishment within itself. Having to start all over again, dedicating 100 hours towards studying for the TEAS, making financial sacrifices to pursue my education, it has not been easy but in all very rewarding because I know the finish line is not too far. Another accomplishment would have to be learning to play the piano and the violin which took hundreds of hours of practice by attending about 60 lessons as a child up until adulthood. I am not the best but I am extremely proud of my efforts. At the ratio level I have made huge accomplishments by working over how 3,000 hours as a LPN saving a large portion of my finances to aid in paying for my tuition as well as commuting. I have had the privilege to play the piano and violin at 4 events and I have accumulated about 600 hours to studying for my education as I pursue my RN. This truly demonstrates the ratio level at which I have taken to achieve success in my future. All in all between my constant drive to pursue education, whether that be me previously obtaining my LPN or now pursuing my RN as I make time for hobbies such as music I am determined and excited for what the future is to bring.”
