She has required assistance with personal care since the surgery. There has also been some mild confusion since surgery. Medication: acetaminophen 500 mg orally every 6 hours as needed. Mrs. Black has arthritis in both hands. Setting: Surgery unit meeting room. This is a discharge planning meeting.
