Increased awareness and understanding among non-Aboriginal staff and community members of the unique social and emotional needs of Aboriginal people and the importance of culturally appropriate services. 42% of staff and community are able to understand and discuss unique social and emotional needs of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islanders people. 4. Enhanced sense of cultural pride and identity among program participants, as a result of the inclusion of traditional healing practices and culturally relevant content in the program. 30% of participants reported pride in the program and how it represents their cultural identity. 5. Increased engagement and participation of Aboriginal community members in other health and wellbeing programs offered by the Tree Health Centre, as a result of the positive experience and trust built through this program. 42% of participants in the program have engaged with an additional services.
