Many individuals are unaware of the long-term effects of unmanaged diabetes, such as cardiovascular complications, neuropathy, and vision loss. Planning: Collaborate with major stakeholders to create an educational campaign that focuses on diabetes and risk factors most prevalent in our communities, the long-term complications and health risks associated with poorly managed diabetes.
