You have been asked to create and record a short oral Podcast segment that focuses on a dementia related topic: Explain what is happening in the brain of someone living with Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and how this is different from someone living with Vascular Dementia (VAD). In your Podcast segment, we would like you to include information about how the dysfunction of the nervous system leads to dementia. As you compose your podcast, your target audience will be your peers, who will have a similar scientific background as yourself. In addition to your recorded Podcast segment, please provide a written transcript and a reference list to show where you have taken the information from. Task length The podcast segment should be 5-6 minutes long (and no longer).
